Renewal of Billing

The cloud GPU server will affect the normal operation of the cloud server after it expires. If you want to continue to use the cloud server, you need to renew the cloud server within the specified time, otherwise the resources such as vCPU, memory, and data disk will be released automatically, and the data may also be lost. Renewal includes manual renewal and automatic renewal, which you can choose according to your needs.

You can find the corresponding instance in "Instance Management" and click "Renew" to renew the selected instance.

Bill of Expenses

You can view the flow and detailed bills related to the cloud server in Expense Center > Billing Management to understand your consumption. For detailed instructions, see the Bill of Charges.

Arrears

When using a cloud service, an account is judged to be in arrears if its available amount is less than the bill to be settled. After arrears, it may affect the normal operation of cloud service resources, and it needs to be topped up in time. Please refer to the instructions for arrears for details.

Stop Billing

When cloud service resources are no longer in use, they can be unsubscribed or deleted, thereby avoiding continued billing. See Stop Billing for more details.

Cost Management

You can manage costs from four dimensions: cost composition, cost allocation, cost analysis, and cost optimization. For more details, see Cost Management.

Billing model

For GPU cloud servers, we currently only provide annual/monthly billing models, and support both pre-paid and post-paid modes

  • Pre-paid: In the console self-subscription mode, users are all pre-paid
  • Post-payment: users have their own needs, and the demand is large. After business communication with the company, they can use the post-payment mode after signing the agreement offline

Expense bill

  1. Log into the Administrative console and select "Fees > Bills"
  2. Select "Monthly Bill" from "Billing Type"; And select the type of service in the "Range" option, and then select the date to query the monthly billing data

Notes on Arrears

For prepaid customers, an account is determined to be in arrears when the balance is less than the bill with settlement. After arrears, it may affect the normal operation of cloud GPU server resources. Please recharge in time.

Impact of arrears

Users have already paid for resources in advance, so existing pack-year/pack-month resources can still be used normally in the event of account arrears. However, the user will not be able to perform the operations that involve fees, such as new purchase and renewal orders.

Avoid and deal with arrears

Prompt top-up is required after arrears, see Account Top-up for details. If the cloud server resources are no longer in use, you can delete them and the related resources bound to them, so as not to continue charging.

Stop Billing

For the pre-paid annual/monthly package of Elastic cloud GPU server and data disk, users will pay a one-time fee when purchasing the service, and the service will automatically stop using after the expiration.

  • If you no longer use the resources within the billing period, you can perform the unsubscribe operation, and the system will refund a certain amount to your account according to whether the resources belong to five days no reason to unsubscribe, whether to use vouchers and discount vouchers and other conditions. For detailed unsubscription rules, please refer to the Overview of Cloud Service unsubscription rules.

  • If you have enabled the "auto-renewal" feature, please turn off auto-renewal before the auto-renewal debit date (default is 7 days before the expiration date) to avoid further incurring charges
