When can I check the charge bill?

For the task of charging by volume, we count the usage every 5 minutes and defund the account balance. When the balance is not enough to meet the charge for the next 5 minutes, the system will prompt the user that the balance is insufficient and please recharge. This kind of billing is mainly for training services and model API services.

The system will delay one day to display the usage data and billing data used by the user the previous day, and the statistics and presentation are carried out on a daily basis.

Currently, the simulation platform only supports the billing method of pack-year and pack-month. We will generate the bill summary to you on the first day of the next month after the end of the current usage month.

Why does creation fail when I create a task?

To ensure the effective use of resources, we default that each user can use a maximum of 2 computing power cards. When the user selects a model that exceeds the maximum amount, the task may fail because the required resources are beyond the range of use.

What is the main role of cloud disk in the service process of OmniBot?

Since OmniBot provides a variety of services, data will also be transferred between different platforms. Especially, the synchronization between ontology, generalization data and simulation platform is a very important issue for users. In order to ensure data synchronization, we provide cloud disk function to realize the connection of data between different platforms.

The service is about to expire. What should I do?

For annual and monthly packages, we will start sending SMS messages to users 7 days before the expiration of the product to remind users that the product is about to expire, one message per day. When the product expires and the service is terminated, we will reserve a certain buffer period for you. During the buffer period, you can renew your subscription in time and resume normal use; If you do not renew your subscription within the buffer period, we will clear the resources.
