User Recharge Protocol

Dear users, to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please read this Recharge Agreement completely and carefully before clicking the "Purchase" button. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to conduct recharge and balance usage activities in accordance with the rules stipulated in this Agreement. If you do not accept part or all of the content of this Agreement, please do not click the "Buy Now" button.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the FCloud platform. The terms and conditions set out below constitute an agreement between users who recharge on the platform (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and Guangzhou Aojia Software Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FCloud") regarding recharges and the use of balance.
When you confirm this Agreement by means such as clicking "Buy Now" online or actually conducting a recharge, it indicates that you have understood the content of this Agreement and agree to be bound by it, including but not limited to the main text of this Agreement, all types of rules, norms, announcements, explanations and/or notices regarding services that FCloud has released or may release in the future, as well as other website rules and systems. All the aforementioned rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the Agreement.
FCloud reserves the right to modify the relevant content of this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of actual business operations, and will publicly notify users in advance through the software system, website, etc. The revised terms shall take effect on the date specified in the public notice. If you choose to continue recharging, it means that you agree to and accept the revised Agreement and are bound by it; if you do not agree to our modification of this Agreement, please immediately stop recharging or cease using this service.
Please note that this Agreement limits FCloud's liability and also limits your liability. The specific clauses will be underlined and bolded to draw your attention, and FCloud urges you to read them carefully. If you have any questions about the terms of this Agreement, please inquire through the customer service channel (email: support@cnfcloud.com), and FCloud will explain the content of the terms to you. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, or cannot accurately understand FCloud's interpretation of the terms, please do not agree to this Agreement or use the services under this Agreement.
2. Definitions
2.1
The FCloud platform user recharge account refers to an account automatically configured by FCloud for users based on their FCloud platform accounts. A user's act of recharging to this account shall be deemed as the user's prepayment of service fees to FCloud, and such prepaid service fees can be used to purchase products or services provided by the FCloud platform.
2.2
Recharge Package: refers to the prepaid service fee recharge packages with varying amounts provided by FCloud to users. The recharge package generally refers to a custom recharge package, that is, the prepaid fee with an amount customized by the user.
3. Deposit conditions
When you recharge, you should have an FCloud platform account that has been successfully verified by your real name.
4. Account Security
4.1
When the user makes a recharge, the user shall carefully confirm his account and information, and shall be responsible for any damage to his rights and interests due to improper operation, ignorance or lack of full understanding of the recharge billing method and other factors, resulting in the wrong account and wrong selection of the type of recharge.
4.2
If the user uses the services provided by the third-party payment company when recharging, he shall abide by the agreements with the third party and its service rules; In the process of using third-party payment services, users shall properly keep their personal information, including but not limited to bank account numbers, passwords, verification codes, etc.; The user agrees and acknowledges that FCloud shall not be liable for any disputes arising from third-party payment services.
5. Recharge method
5.1
Users can choose a third-party payment company recognized by FCloud (currently supports Alipay and WeChat) to pay the recharge amount.
5.2
If the User entrusts a third party to recharge his/her consumption account, the User undertakes and warrants that he/she understands and trusts the third party, and the third party also understands and agrees to accept the User's entrustment to recharge the User's account; Otherwise, if FCloud is informed by a third party that such recharge is not with the consent of the third party, FCloud has the right to immediately lock the user's account (during the account locking period, FCloud will suspend the user's use of the service and lock the user's API keys, the same below). Within 30 days from the date of locking the User's account, the User shall provide sufficient evidence to prove that the third party has agreed to recharge the account in advance, otherwise the User agrees and authorizes FCloud to cooperate with the request of the third party to return the corresponding funds to the third party from the User's locked account. If the balance of the user's account is insufficient to be refunded at that time, the user agrees to top up the corresponding amount within 30 days at the latest, entrust FCloud to refund the amount, or refund it from its WeChat account or Alipay account, unless the third party agrees that the user may not refund this part of the money.
5.3
The User undertakes and guarantees the legitimacy of the source of funds used to recharge the User's Consumption Account, otherwise FCloud has the right to cooperate with the requirements of judicial authorities or other competent government authorities to deal with the User's Consumption Account accordingly, including but not limited to locking the User's Consumption Account.
6. Recharge amount and recharge discount
6.1
Recharge amount refers to the amount (RMB) that you actually pay for online recharge, excluding the amount of recharge gift, which can be freely consumed and used on the FCloud platform.
6.2
The recharge bonus amount refers to the amount (including but not limited to red envelopes, etc.) that is given in addition to the recharge amount according to the recharge discount activities launched by the FCloud platform from time to time. The recharge bonus amount is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be invoiced. The recharge bonus amount will be distributed and used in accordance with the corresponding event rules.
6.3
The user can choose to order a recharge package to recharge his consumption account according to his actual needs and the minimum amount required by the software system. The recharge package will take effect immediately after successful ordering, has no expiration date, and can be used together. When the amount in the user's consumption account is exhausted or the balance is insufficient, the user will not be able to use the platform services.
7. Use of Account Funds
7.1
After you top up, there is no expiration date for the use of your account balance, and it cannot be transferred or transferred. Therefore, please choose the recharge amount according to your consumption, FCloud does not limit the number of recharges.
7.2
You can start using the corresponding product (or service) immediately after you have successfully topped up.
8. Invoices
FCloud will issue corresponding invoices based on the actual consumed amount and in accordance with the agreement of the product (or service) you have subscribed to, after your recharge amount is consumed.
9. About refunds
9.1
You shall fully estimate your actual needs and determine the recharge amount. Due to the nature of the platform interface for continuous consumption of tokens, consumed accounts generally do not support refunds. If you have to apply for a refund under special circumstances, you may contact the platform customer service to apply for a refund of the unconsumed recharge amount and cooperate in providing relevant supporting materials. FCloud will review the user's refund request. If the review is approved, the corresponding recharge amount will be returned to the user via the original payment method selected at the time of recharge, with the corresponding handling fee deducted.
9.2
The recharge amount only supports one-time refund. The bonus amount (including but not limited to red envelopes and similar non-cash discounts, etc.) does not support refund applications. Once a refund application is initiated, the bonus amount will become invalid at the time of the refund application.
9.3
Any recharged amount that you have already consumed or that should be deducted in accordance with the agreement of the relevant product (or service) will not be refunded.
10. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Chinese mainland. In the event of any dispute between the User and FCloud arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, such dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the People's Courts of Guangzhou.
