When you register an account on the Platform, you can create an account through your mobile phone number. If you use an account on another platform to log in to the Platform, you authorize us to obtain the relevant information of your account on other platforms, such as the account/account information of a third-party platform such as WeChat (including but not limited to name, avatar and other information authorized by you).

Before you subscribe or activate the use of any of the services provided by us, we need to conduct real-name authentication for you in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

(1) If you are an individual user, you may need to provide your real identity information, including your real name, ID card number, front and back photos of your ID card, card number or credit card number of Class I bank account of China UnionPay member institutions, mobile phone number reserved by the bank, etc., to complete real-name authentication.

(2) If you are an organizational user, you may need to provide relevant information about you, including your entity name, unified social credit code, power of attorney issued for the registered account (stamped with the official seal of the entity), registration/qualification certificate of legal person or organization (certificate types include: enterprise business license, organization code certificate, legal person certificate of public institution, registration certificate of social group legal person, qualification certificate of administrative law enforcement entity, etc.), opening bank, account number of opening bank (type I bank account or credit card number of China UnionPay member institutions), The name of the legal representative or authorized person, ID number, photos of the front and back of the ID card, and ID photo of the legal representative are used to complete real-name authentication. In addition, you may be required to provide personal information about your business contact, including name, mobile phone number, and email address. We may use this information to verify your user identity, promote and introduce services to you, send business notices, issue invoices or communicate with you. If the above-mentioned information you provide contains the personal information or user information of a third party, you promise and guarantee that you have obtained the authorization of the relevant right holder before providing such information to us.

(3) In the above-mentioned real-name authentication process, if you use facial recognition for real-name authentication, you also need to provide biometric information of facial features and authorize us to verify the information through a national authoritative and trusted identity authentication agency.

1.1.3 When you use the Services

(1) We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and use environment, and providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you or other users or the public from losses, we will collect the necessary information to maintain the safe and stable operation of our products or services.

(2) When you browse or use the Platform, in order to ensure the normal operation and operation security of the Website and Services, prevent the risk of network attacks and intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the relevant agreements and service rules of the Platform, we will collect your device information such as resolution, time zone and language, network access mode and type information, and web browsing records. This information is the basic information we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of services and network security.

(7) In order to provide you with domain name services, we will collect the domain name of the domain name holder, contact name, mailing address, region, zip code, email address, landline/mobile phone number, ID number, and ID photo in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. You understand and authorize us and third-party domain name service agencies to use this information to provide you with domain name services.

(8) In order to provide you with certificate center services, we will collect the contact person's name, contact email address, contact person's mobile phone number, enterprise name, enterprise city, and enterprise address according to the relevant requirements of the digital certificate certification authority. You understand and authorize us and the third-party certificate service provider to use this information to provide you with the Certificate Authority service.

(9) You acknowledge and agree that we may send notifications to one or more of your contact information (i.e., contact number and email address) provided by you during the use of the Products and/or Services for the purposes of user notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience research, etc.; In addition, we may also provide you with commercial information such as services, functions or activities that may be of interest to you through text messages and phone calls to the mobile phone numbers collected in the aforesaid process, but please rest assured that if you do not want to accept such information, you can unsubscribe through SMS or reply email, or you can contact us directly to unsubscribe.

1.2 User information we may obtain from third parties

In order to provide you with better, better and more personalized services, or to jointly provide you with services, or for the purpose of preventing Internet fraud, our affiliates and partners may share your information with us in accordance with the law or as agreed with you or with your consent. 1.4 Business and Customer Data

Please understand that your business and customer data are different from user information, and the Platform will handle them as follows:

The data you input, feedback, correct, process, store, upload, download, distribute and otherwise process ("process") through the services provided by the Platform (excluding third-party services) are your business and customer data ("Interaction Data"), and you fully own your Interaction Data. As a neutral technical service provider, the technical services provided by this platform will only strictly implement your instructions and process your interactive data, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, otherwise agreed according to specific product rules, or based on your requirements to provide you with technical assistance for troubleshooting or solving technical problems, we do notYour Interaction Data will be accessed and will not be subject to any unauthorized use or disclosure of your Interaction Data.

You shall be responsible for the source and content of your interaction data, and we remind you to carefully judge the legitimacy of the data source and content. You shall guarantee that you have the right to authorize the Platform to process such interactive data through the provision of technical services, and that the aforesaid processing activities comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and that there is no violation of laws and regulations, infringement or violation of the contract with a third party, and that the data will not be used for illegal purposes. 2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are common and commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use the Platform, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store your account information, search history information, and login status information. Cookies and similar technologies can help you eliminate the need to repeatedly fill in your account information and enter search content, and can also help us improve service efficiency, login and response speed. You can refuse or manage cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that if you disable cookies, you may not be able to enjoy the best service experience and the availability of certain features may be affected. 3. How we store your user information

3.1 Where the information is stored

For the sake of service professionalism, we may entrust affiliated companies or other legal entities to provide you with one or more specific services on the Platform. In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we will store the user information collected and generated during the operation of this website and related services in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

3.2 Duration of information storage

3.2.1

We will retain your user information only for the period necessary for the purpose of providing the Platform and related services, but you understand and acknowledged that the necessary storage period may vary based on different services and their functional requirements. If the specific functions and scenarios involve the provision of services by our affiliates and third parties, the scope of the partners includes our affiliates and third parties.

4.2 Circumstances of joint data processing or entrusted data processing of user information

4.2.1

Some specific modules or functions of the Platform and related service functions are provided by the Partner, and you understand and agree that in our cooperation with any Partner, we will only provide your User Information to them to the minimum extent necessary to provide services based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and security and prudence. (2) The payment function is provided to you by the third-party payment institutions that we cooperate with. Third-party payment processors may use your name, bank card type and card number, expiration date, ID card number, and mobile phone number to provide functions.

(3) In order to deal with your complaints, suggestions and other demands in a timely manner, our customer service providers (if any) may need to use your account and the relevant information of the events involved to understand, handle and respond to related issues.

4.2.3

In order to ensure the security of the service and the use of data for analysis and statistics

(12) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

6. How we manage your user information

You may request us to delete your user information under the following circumstances:

However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the processing of user information previously carried out based on your authorization.

6.4 Responding to your requests

In principle, we do not charge a fee for your reasonable request.
